RAMAN EFFECT

To promote in among students, the school celebrated birth anniversary of Sir C V Raman with a lot of enthusiasm. The day started with the morning assembly in which intricate details of Sir Raman’s work was explained by the science students.

Inter Class Article writing competition was organized in the school on the given topics by Central Board of Secondary Education. Classes I to V were a bit sceptical on the topic. My science class is interesting…………………………but later on when encouraged by science teachers came with brilliant ideas. Classes VI to VIII equally scratched their heads to pick the best topic from science book while the senior students put efforts to bring cohesion between science and future development.

Simultaneously painting competition was organized for all classes. Paintings on the topics ‘Wild animals’ and ‘Green Environment’ by primary wing left us spellbound. The vibrant colours were used by classes VI to VIII to depict the journey to teach Mars. Interesting interpretations were painted on the topic science and religion. The Principal, Ms. Vipula Saxena lauded the efforts of the participants and urged the young ones to be good citizens.
